Shipping and Return Policy for LyraSafe

30-Day No Risk Trial:

LyraSafe gives every new customer 30 days to try our service completely risk-free. If during this period you decide to cancel, LyraSafe will issue a no-hassle, complete refund of your initial purchase.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund of your purchase. With LyraSafe 30-Day No Risk Trial, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the items are in working, like new condition.

FREE Shipping:

Unlike many other websites that have special rules and a large amount of fine print, LyraSafe offers free shipping on all new service orders placed on our website.

Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. LyraSafe understands that getting your home security items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within just a few business days. We offer expedited shipping at an additional cost.

Exchanges & Partial Refunds

LyraSafe will refund or exchange partial orders for 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Items returned after 30 days may require a 15% restocking fee.

How to Return Merchandise:

Follow these instructions for returning merchandise to LyraSafe:

  • Call 866-966-ASAP(2727) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
  • All packages must have your "Return Authorization Number" (RMA), clearly written on the outside of the package.
  • Items must be returned to the address below within 30 days from receipt of merchandise.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Items must be in working, like-new condition to be eligible for a refund.
  • You must include all instruction manuals and literature that came with your order.

It is strongly recommended that you obtain a tracking number and sufficient insurance when returning equipment. LyraSafe is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment.

Once your return is received and inspected by the returns department, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days, usually sooner. You'll receive an email as soon as your return has been processed or your exchange order has been placed. Please note that depending on your credit card company; it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Approval of all refunds is at the discretion of LyraSafe. LyraSafe does not refund return shipping charges.
